TOWER PRO MG90S METAL GEAR MICRO SERVO MOTOR 

The Tower Pro MG90S is a versatile metal gear micro servo motor designed for both precise positional control and continuous 360° rotation, depending on the input PWM signal configuration. Compact, lightweight, and robust, it is widely used in robotics, RC vehicles, automation systems, pan-tilt camera modules, and educational electronics projects.

This servo integrates a DC motor, metal gearbox, potentiometer, and control circuit into a single compact unit. It operates by receiving PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signals from microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, or Raspberry Pi. The internal controller interprets the pulse width to either rotate the motor shaft to a specific angle (standard servo mode) or continuously rotate in either direction (continuous rotation mode), offering flexibility for different applications.

The metal gears provide enhanced durability and higher torque (~2.2 kg·cm at 4.8 V), making the MG90S suitable for applications that require repeated motion or slightly heavier loads. With an operating voltage of 4.8–6 V DC and a response speed of ~0.1 sec per 60°, it delivers reliable and responsive performance for precise motion control.
