Refund & Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- Must include original tags and packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Once accepted, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (where applicable)

Refunds
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon reception
- Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
- The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 10 days, for any reason and without justification, provided:
- The item is in the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- It includes original tags and packaging
