The FS1000A 433MHz RF Transmitter & Receiver Module (Tx & Rx) is a low-cost wireless communication module designed for short-range data transmission between microcontrollers and embedded systems. Operating in the 433MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) frequency band, this module enables reliable wireless communication for remote control, home automation, sensor networks, and IoT applications.
The module consists of two separate units: a 433MHz RF Transmitter (Tx) and a 433MHz RF Receiver (Rx). The transmitter sends digital data by modulating a 433MHz carrier signal using Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) modulation, while the receiver demodulates the incoming RF signal and outputs the corresponding digital data. This simple communication method makes the module easy to interface with a wide range of microcontrollers and wireless projects.
The FS1000A Transmitter operates from 3V to 12V DC, while the Receiver Module operates from 5V DC, providing flexibility for different electronic systems. The module supports data transmission over distances of up to 20–100 meters under normal conditions, with greater range possible when used with suitable antennas and in open environments. Actual communication distance depends on the power supply, antenna quality, surrounding obstacles, and environmental interference.
The module is fully compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi (through GPIO), STM32, PIC, AVR, 8051, NodeMCU, and other microcontroller platforms.
