74HC86 Quad 2-Input EXOR Gate 14-Pin SMD IC

The 74HC86 is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2-Input Exclusive-OR (EXOR/XOR) Gate IC designed for reliable digital logic applications. It contains four independent 2-input XOR gates in a compact 14-pin SMD package. Manufactured using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology, it delivers high-speed performance comparable to Schottky TTL logic while maintaining very low power consumption.

The IC features a three-stage internal circuit with buffered outputs, providing excellent noise immunity, stable switching performance, and reliable operation. Its inputs can tolerate voltages up to 7V, making it suitable for interfacing between 5V and 3V logic systems. The 74HC86 is widely used in digital electronics for arithmetic and logic circuits, logic comparators, parity generation, error detection circuits, signal processing, and true/complement logic functions.
