The 74HC139 is a high-speed CMOS Dual 2-to-4 Line Decoder/Demultiplexer integrated circuit that contains two independent 2-to-4 line decoders in a single 16-pin DIP package. Each decoder features two address inputs, one active-LOW enable input, and four active-LOW outputs, making it ideal for memory addressing, data routing, and digital control applications.
