The 74HC02 is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2-Input NOR Gate integrated circuit, commonly referred to as the 7402 IC. It contains four independent NOR gates in a single 14-pin package. Each gate performs the NOR logic function, where the output is HIGH only when both inputs are LOW; otherwise, the output remains LOW.
