SG90 MICRO SERVO MOTOR
The SG90 Micro Servo Motor is a compact, lightweight servo designed for precise position control with a rotational range of 0°–180°. Combining a DC motor, gear train, potentiometer, and control circuitry in a small package, it is widely used in robotics, RC vehicles, pan-tilt camera systems, automation, and educational electronics projects.
Controlled via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signals from microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, or Raspberry Pi, the servo interprets the pulse width to rotate the shaft to the desired angle. The built-in potentiometer provides real-time feedback, ensuring accurate positioning, while the plastic gears enable smooth and efficient movement (metal gear variants are available for higher torque applications).
